Personal Accounting Responsibilities: 🌟

• Maintain and manage all personal financial records of Individual

• Track income, expenses, investments, loans, and assets.

• Prepare monthly personal financial statements and reports.

• Handle income tax planning and filings, liaising with legal/tax advisors.

• Manage real estate investments, rental income, and other personal assets.

• Review and oversee personal budgets, bank accounts, and wealth management  portfolios.

• Support in managing philanthropic contributions, trusts, and family office transactions.

• Coordinate with personal staff, family members, and advisors on financial matters.

Company Accounting Responsibilities: 🌟

• Manage daily accounting operations of individual business entities.

• Prepare and review P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

• Oversee accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and tax compliance.

• Assist in financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting for the companies.

• Coordinate with external auditors, consultants, and compliance teams.

• Ensure adherence to statutory regulations and corporate governance

standards.

• Track company investments, expansions, and financial strategies.

Qualifications: 🌟

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or Commerce. (CA/CPA referred)

• Minimum 5–10 years of accounting experience, with at least 3 years handling both personal and corporate finance.

• Solid knowledge of Indian taxation, compliance, and corporate law.

• Proficient in Tally, Zoho, QuickBooks, or other accounting software.

• Excellent organizational and confidentiality handling skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• High level of integrity, accuracy, and discretion.
