*Job Title:* Accountant

*Job Summary*:

We're looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Accountant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work accurately and efficiently.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements

- Manage and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness

- Analyze financial data and identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement

- Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations

- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness

- Collaborate with external auditors to ensure successful audit outcomes

- Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and ledgers

- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies

*Requirements:*

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field

- Professional certification (CA, CPA, or equivalent) preferred

- 4-5 years of experience in accounting

- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, QuickBooks)
