Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage financial records, ensure accuracy in financial reporting, and support day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and proficiency in accounting software. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, reports, and ledgers. Handle accounts payable and receivable. Reconcile bank statements and financial discrepancies. Prepare tax returns and ensure compliance with statutory requirements. Process invoices, payments, and receipts in a timely manner. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Generate financial reports for management review. Handle payroll processing and employee reimbursements if required. Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, and other regulatory returns. Coordinate with auditors and support internal and external audits. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field. Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar financial role. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and statutory compliance. Proficiency in accounting software like Tally, MS Excel, and ERP systems. Excellent numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Good communication and time management abilities. Preferred: Experience in a specific industry like manufacturing, retail, construction, or services. Knowledge of GST, TDS, income tax, and other local regulations. Ability to handle financial responsibilities independently.
