Key Responsibilities: Daily accounting entries in Tally Prime (mandatory) Maintaining debtors and creditors list Handling petty cash and expense reports Coordinating with clients and vendors through emails Managing salary registers and stock records in MS Excel Issuing Invoices, E-way Bills, Challans, Purchase Orders, Work Orders Assisting in finalization of accounts with CA Basic knowledge of GST, TDS , and related compliance Required Skills: Proficiency in Tally and MS Excel Attention to detail and data accuracy Good communication and follow-up skills Ability to work independently and manage documentation Experience in a manufacturing or trading company preferred Salary: As per industry standards and experience.
