Serving a wide range of sectors including manufacturing, infrastructure, construction, and mining, we deliver high-performance filtration and compressor solutions that ensure operational efficiency and long equipment life.     Job Purpose   To maintain the integrity of financial data by handling day‑to‑day accounting and billing operations, managing invoices, stock, bank & cash entries, ensuring accurate financial records and helping management make informed decisions.   Key Responsibilities   Prepare and issue invoices to customers in a timely fashion. Apna Maintain stock records, track stock movement, reconcile discrepancies. Apna Handle purchase orders and quotation preparation. Apna Record bank & cash entries accurately, reconcile periodic bank statements. Apna Follow up with customers for pending payments and ensure collections. Apna Assist with salary / payroll checks as necessary. Apna Generate & manage e‑way bills, e‑invoices (as applicable). Apna Maintain organized billing & accounting documentation, maintain records of quotations, PO’s etc. Support management with periodic reports on billing, receivables, cash flows etc. Ensure compliance with relevant laws, tax regulation if required (GST, etc.).     Skills & Competencies   Good working knowledge of accounting principles & billing practices. Comfortable with invoicing, bookkeeping, cash & bank reconciliations. Basic software skills: accounting tools (Tally, Excel etc.). Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. Good follow‑up and communication skills with clients. Ability to handle multiple tasks, maintain records, prioritize. Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Email, and CRM software Ability to understand technical product features and explain them clearly Strong persuasion and follow-up skills
