Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant & Admin Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and supporting the overall financial health of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all accounting transactions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger entries.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.).
  • Prepare tax returns and ensure timely filing.
  • Maintain internal controls and safeguard financial data.
  • Liaise with auditors, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  • Support month-end and year-end close processes.
  • Manage day-to-day office operations and ensure administrative efficiency.
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and appointments.
  • Maintain physical and digital office records and documentation.
  • Handle office correspondence, emails, and communication.
  • Manage inventory of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
  • Assist HR and finance teams with documentation and basic administrative support.
  • Liaise with vendors, service providers, and facility management.
  • Support in organizing events, travel, and logistics for employees or visitors.
  • Ensure office cleanliness, safety, and functionality.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CA/CPA/MBA Finance is a plus).
  • Proven experience as an accountant or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, SAP).
  • Excellent MS Excel skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good organizational and time management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in hospital , or clinic is preferred
  • Knowledge of Indian tax laws and statutory compliance.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems.

Salary:

Commensurate with experience.
