Job Title: On-Site Manager - Chinese Speaking Company : INECOLIV TECHNOLOGY INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED Location : Bangalore, or other project sites in India Employment Type : Full-Time Job Overview: We are seeking a Chinese-Speaking On-Site Manager to facilitate communication and ensure smooth project execution. The primary responsibilities include coordinating with Chinese and Taiwanese colleagues and customers to understand technical requirements, relaying this information to on-site construction teams, and managing the overall workflow. We are open to candidates without prior management experience who are willing to learn. Training will be provided for those ready to take on the responsibilities of managing on-site construction work. Key Responsibilities: Communicate effectively with colleagues and customers from China and Taiwan about technical requirements, clarifications, and issues. Relay accurate information to on-site construction teams and coordinate their efforts. Organize and oversee on-site tasks, ensuring timely and quality execution of projects like network cabling, CCTV installation, or related technical work. Take responsibility for project timelines, issue resolution, and task delegation. Provide daily updates to management and address project challenges proactively. Qualifications: Mandatory : Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin) and a good command of English . Willingness to manage on-site projects and take on a leadership role. Preferred : Experience in network cabling, CCTV installation, or other low-current engineering tasks. Prior experience in site management or similar roles is advantageous but not mandatory.
