Accountant & Admin Executive

Job Description:

• Maintain financial records and statements
• Organize data for audits and reports
• Handle journal entries, reconciliations, and data entry
• Process invoices, payments, and transactions
• Use Tally Prime for accounting tasks
• Support to prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and accounting standards
• Assist with general office administration and documentation
• Support stock tracking and inventory coordination
• Collaborate with internal teams and share updates
• Maintain confidentiality of financial and company data

Qualifications:

• Male Candidate Preferred
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3 to 5 years of experience in accounting and admin roles
• Proficiency in Tally Prime
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office tools
• Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and inventory handling
• Good organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
