Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts & Admin Executive with strong SAP knowledge to manage day-to-day accounting activities and administrative operations. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in accounts, admin coordination, and SAP modules.

Key ResponsibilitiesAccounts Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily accounting entries and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
  • Prepare vendor bills, purchase orders, and payment follow-up through SAP.
  • Assist in monthly closing activities and reconciliation of ledgers.
  • Maintain petty cash, bank transactions, and invoice filing.
  • Generate financial reports and statements using SAP and MS Excel.
  • Co-ordinate with auditors and support in statutory compliance (GST, TDS, PF, ESI).

Administrative Responsibilities:

  • Manage office administration tasks including stationary, housekeeping, and vendor coordination.
  • Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and support HR for onboarding formalities.
  • Organize meetings, handle travel arrangements, and manage office communication.
  • Support management in day-to-day administrative activities.
  • Ensure a smooth and efficient office environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Business Administration.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts & admin roles.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP .
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
  • Good understanding of accounting principles.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and organisational skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
