Accountant & Admin Executive

As an Accountant/Admin Executive at Infyni Skilltech, you will play a crucial role in managing financial tasks and providing administrative support to ensure smooth operations. Your responsibilities will include: - Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company policies. - Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements. - Handle day-to-day financial transactions, including invoicing and expense tracking. - Reconcile bank statements and financial data. Utilize advanced Excel functions like VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and data analysis tools for financial reporting and analysis. Create and maintain financial spreadsheets and databases. Provide general administrative support such as filing, data entry, and document management. Assist in office coordination, maintenance, and communication with vendors/stakeholders. Manage general office tasks and support financial reporting. Qualifications required for this role: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. - Proven experience in accounting and administrative roles. - Strong understanding of financial principles and practices. - Expertise in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and data analysis. - Excellent organizational and time-management skills. - Strong attention to detail and accuracy. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
