Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Accounts Executive to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to take on a challenging position, manage diverse projects, and work with a talented team of professionals. As an Accounts Professional, you will play a pivotal role in the planning, execution, and completion of projects across various sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the planning and working on day-to-day activity
• Maintaining and updating financial records, including ledgers, journals, and accounts. Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Reconciling bank statements and ensuring that accounts are in balance.
• Processing employee payroll, ensuring that salaries, wages, and deductions are accurate.
• Assisting in the preparation of tax returns and ensuring timely filing.
• Knowledge in QuickBooks and Zoho Books is a plus.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum bachelor's degree in accounts/finance.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in accounting or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of accounting tools and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in Excel is a plus.
