We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven software sales executive to join our team. The

ideal candidate will excel in identifying potential clients, understanding their needs, and

delivering tailored software solutions. This role requires strong communication and presentation

skills, along with the ability to understand and articulate software features and benefits to clients

across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

 Sales Strategy & Outreach: Identify target markets and prospective clients, develop a

sales strategy, and execute outreach efforts to generate leads.

 Product Knowledge: Gain a deep understanding of the software products offered,

including their features, applications, and value propositions, to effectively present and

promote them to clients.

 Client Engagement: Build relationships with potential clients, understand their

requirements, and propose suitable solutions to address their pain points.

 Presentations & Demonstrations: Deliver engaging presentations and product

demonstrations to showcase the capabilities and benefits of the software.

 Negotiation & Closing: Manage the sales process from initial contact to closing deals,

including preparing proposals and negotiating terms.

 Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and client

needs to refine sales strategies.

 Collaboration: Work with the marketing and technical teams to align sales efforts with

marketing campaigns and product updates.

 Reporting & Analysis: Maintain accurate sales records, prepare reports on sales

performance, and provide feedback to improve products and processes.

Skills & Qualifications:

 Sales Expertise: Proven experience in software sales or related fields, with a track record

of meeting or exceeding targets.

 Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the

ability to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical clients.

 Presentation Skills: Strong ability to deliver impactful presentations and product

demonstrations.

 Technical Aptitude: Ability to quickly learn and understand software products and their

applications across different industries.

 Client-Centric Approach: Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on building lasting

client relationships and providing exceptional customer service.

 Problem-Solving: Analytical skills to identify client challenges and propose tailored

solutions.

 Self-Motivation: A proactive and results-oriented mindset with the ability to work

independently.

Preferred Qualifications:

 Experience in B2B software sales or related roles.

 Familiarity with software solutions in maintenance, engineering, or operational fields is a

plus.

 A degree in business, electrical, or computer engineering.
