Software sales executive

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Software Sales Executive to join our sales team. This is a field-based role, ideal for individuals with 2–3 years of experience in B2B software sales. The candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving sales of our software products and solutions. Key Responsibilities Identify and approach potential clients through cold calls, emails, networking, and field visits. Understand customer needs and tailor product offerings accordingly. Deliver product presentations and demos to prospective clients. Negotiate terms and close sales to achieve monthly and quarterly targets. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals. Provide feedback from the market to the product and marketing teams. Travel within assigned territory for client meetings and events. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field. 2–3 years of proven experience in software sales, preferably in a B2B environment. Strong understanding of software solutions and the sales cycle. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
