Pharmacy Salesman

We are looking for a motivated and customer-friendly Pharmacy Salesman to join our pharmacy team. The ideal candidate will assist customers in purchasing over-the-counter (OTC) medications and health-related products, ensure proper product display, and support the pharmacist in daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting OTC medicines and health products
• Provide accurate product information and usage instructions
• Support the pharmacist in filling prescriptions under supervision
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of shelves and counters
• Check product expiry dates and manage stock rotation
• Handle billing and operate the cash register or POS system
• Maintain records of sales and inventory
• Receive and unpack pharmaceutical deliveries
• Ensure excellent customer service at all times
• Follow pharmacy regulations and safety protocols

Requirements:

• Previous experience in pharmacy or medical store preferred
• Basic knowledge of medicines and health products
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused attitude
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Minimum qualification: SSLC / Plus Two or equivalent
• Fluency in Malayalam
• Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, or extended hours as needed
