Accountant/ Accounts Executive

Job Title: Accountant Company: BR Medical Agencies Job Type: Full-Time Experience Required: Minimum 5 years Job Summary: BR Medical Agency is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage financial records and accounting operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Marg and Tally accounting software and a strong understanding of accounting principles to support our medical agency’s financial accuracy and compliance. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and update financial records using Marg and Tally software. Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments. Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial transactions. Prepare and analyze financial reports including balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and cash flow statements. Assist in budget preparation and monitor expenses. Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist in filing GST returns. Support audit processes and provide necessary documentation. Collaborate with other departments for smooth financial operations and reporting. Handle payroll and related accounting tasks as required. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Proven experience as an Accountant in a similar role, preferably in a medical or healthcare-related business. Proficient in Marg and Tally ERP software for accounting and inventory management. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, and tax regulations. Excellent analytical and organizational skills. Attention to detail and ability to work independently. Good communication skills for interaction with vendors, auditors, and management. Preferred: Experience with inventory accounting relevant to medical supplies Experienced and comfortable with Marg ERP Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
