The ideal candidate is an expert in Tally Prime and has hands-on experience across these functions. Key ResponsibilitiesBilling & Documentation Create and post sales invoices/e-invoices in Tally Prime; ensure rate, GST, HSN/SAC, and scheme accuracy. Generate delivery challans, E-way bills (if applicable), and maintain invoice registers. Process credit/debit notes (returns/discounts/price differences) with correct tax treatment. Receivables, Payables & Reconciliation Daily bank reconciliation; record receipts/payments; match POS/UPI/NEFT entries. Maintain AR & AP ledgers, aging analysis, follow-ups, and payment scheduling. Customer/vendor account reconciliation and timely closure of open items. GST, TDS & Statutory Compliance Prepare and file GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B, reconcile with GSTR-2B, resolve mismatches. Manage e-invoicing and E-way bills (as applicable). Prepare TDS workings, challans, and basic compliance support (in coordination with CA). Reporting & MIS Monthly P&L extracts, ledger summaries, and management dashboards from Tally/Excel. Sales reports by month/product/customer/salesperson; variance vs. target. Expense tracking, cost center reports, and budget vs. actual analysis. Inventory-related accounting support: GRN vs. invoice checks, stock valuation support. Month-End & Audit Support Month-end closing entries (provisions, accruals, prepaid, depreciation as applicable). Prepare schedules for internal/external audit; ensure proper documentation & backups. Process & Controls Maintain SOPs for billing, credit notes, and approvals. Ensure data accuracy, timely posting, and compliance with company policies. Must-Have Skills & ToolsTally Prime – Advanced user (masters setup, voucher classes, e-invoice, GST, ledgers). Excel/Google Sheets (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, PIVOT, SUMIFS, cleaning & reconciliation).
