Job Description

The Customer Relationship Manager is responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships. This role ensures customer satisfaction through timely support, efficient issue resolution, and continuous engagement, thereby contributing to customer retention and business growth. Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary point of contact for all customer interactions post-sale Maintain regular contact with key clients to ensure satisfaction and address concerns Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions and support Monitor customer accounts to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling Coordinate with internal teams (sales, logistics, support, etc.) to ensure prompt and accurate delivery of solutions Manage CRM database and ensure timely updates of customer interactions and feedback Handle complaints professionally, escalating complex issues to the appropriate department Analyze customer trends and feedback to improve services and offerings Prepare regular reports on client engagement, retention, and satisfaction levels Participate in client meetings and business reviews when required
