Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Accountant to manage our financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Indian accounting standards. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing reports, and supporting financial decision-making processes. Key Responsibilities Financial Record Keeping: Maintain and update accounting records and files, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations. Financial Reporting: Prepare and examine financial records to ensure accuracy, and create financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Reconciliation: Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information. Tax Compliance: Assist with the preparation of tax returns and regulatory filings, ensuring compliance with Indian tax laws. Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting activities. Audit Support: Participate in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures, and assist in internal and external audits. Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments to gather financial information and support their financial needs. Desirable Attributes Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Strong organizational skills and time-management abilities. Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and integrity in handling financial information.
