Coordinate the procurement and receipt of spare parts with the purchasing and store teams. Maintain accurate records of goods received, issued, and returned. Track and verify supplier invoices against delivery challans and purchase orders. Ensure timely entry of inventory transactions into accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, Oracle). Prepare and reconcile spare parts inventory reports with the accounts department. Assist in physical stock audits and investigate any discrepancies. Liaise with vendors for payment follow-ups, credit notes, and pending invoices. Support budgeting and cost control for spare parts usage.
