Accountant/ Accounts Executive

Key Responsibilities:  Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper ledger entries.  Perform daily reconciliation of accounts, including Accounts Receivable (AR).  Update and manage balance sheets, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.  Support in preparation of financial reports, MIS, and statements.  Process invoices, payments, and journal entries in SAP.  Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up with clients/customers for timely collections.  Assist in internal audits and coordinate with auditors when required.  Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting principles, and statutory regulations.  Collaborate with cross-functional teams for financial data accuracy and timely reporting. Required Skills & Qualifications:  Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field.  Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in accounting roles.  Proficiency in SAP (Basic) and MS Office (Excel, Word).  Strong knowledge of Reconciliation, AR, Ledger Entries, and Balance Sheet Updation.  Ability to analyze financial data with attention to detail and accuracy.  Good communication skills in Hindi (Mandatory) and English.  Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Preferred Candidate Profile:  Male/Female candidates with relevant experience.  Self-motivated professional with the ability to work independently as well as in a team.  Prior experience in a manufacturing/industrial environment will be an added advantage.
