Position Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Support Head to lead and manage our customer support operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills in both Hindi (mandatory) and English, and a proven track record of achieving targets, driving business development strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities  Lead and manage the Customer Support Team to deliver excellent service and client satisfaction.  Develop and implement customer support strategies aligned with business growth and management objectives.  Handle lead generation, cold calling, and follow-ups to strengthen customer engagement.  Drive business development initiatives, ensuring achievement of sales and support targets.  Coordinate with clients and be open to client visits as required for business prospects.  Ensure smooth execution of day-to-day operations in line with the company’s mission and vision.  Prepare and monitor performance reports, analyzing customer feedback and driving improvements.  Mentor and guide the team to enhance productivity, communication, and problem solving abilities.  Collaborate with management and cross-functional teams to enhance overall service delivery. Key Requirements  Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field.  Experience: Minimum of 10 years in customer support, client relationship management, or business development, preferably in a manufacturing/industrial domain.  Language Skills: Proficiency in Hindi (mandatory) and English (excellent communication skills required).  Preferred Gender: Open to both female and male candidates.  Leadership Skills: Proven experience in leading and managing customer support teams.  Strong knowledge of business development strategies, lead generation, and target achievement.  Ability to conduct client visits and represent the company professionally.  Highly adaptable, team-oriented, and committed to organizational growth.
