Accountant/ Accounts Executive

Our team near Chikkabanvara, Bangalore, is expanding, and we’re looking for a dedicated Accounting Executive who can bring both skill and enthusiasm to our finance operations. Role Overview- We’re seeking a motivated and responsible Accounting Executive who is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and capable of managing accounting functions independently. The ideal candidate will be hands-on with daily financial operations, comfortable working in Tally Prime, and committed to accuracy and teamwork. Key Responsibilities- Manage daily accounting transactions and ensure accurate entries in Tally. Handle billing, GST filings, and statutory compliance activities up to finalisation of accounts. Prepare and process invoices, payments, and receipts on time. Perform bank reconciliations, vendor reconciliations, and maintain ledgers. Assist in tax audits, statutory audits, and internal financial reviews. Support payroll processing, budget tracking, and expense management. Coordinate with other departments for financial data and documentation. Maintain proper records of purchases, sales, and cash flow. Identify and resolve any discrepancies or mismatches in financial entries. Ensure all accounting activities comply with company policies and statutory standards. Desired Candidate Profile- Age below 35 years. B.Com or equivalent qualification. 1–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Proficient in Tally Prime, MS Excel, and general accounting practices. Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and financial reporting. Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills. Self-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team. Eager to learn and grow within a dynamic organisation.
