Accountant/ Accounts Executive

Job Description: We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of relevant experience, with strong expertise in accounting software like Tally and proficiency in Microsoft Excel. As an Accounts Executive, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing reports, and assisting in the overall accounting functions of the organization. Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers and journals, in Tally. Prepare and process invoices, payments, and receipts. Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities. Reconcile bank statements, accounts, and other financial documents. Prepare regular financial reports such as balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and trial balance. Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, including tax filings and other accounting standards. Support audits by providing necessary financial data and documentation. Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities. Track and manage accounts payable and receivable. Collaborate with internal teams to provide accurate and timely financial information. Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets for financial tracking and reporting. Required Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Minimum 3 years of proven experience in an accounting role. Hands-on experience with Tally software and other accounting tools. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (vlookups, pivot tables, etc.). Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial management. Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in financial reporting. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of GST, TDS, and other tax-related processes is a plus.
