We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team in our Architecture Hardware and Furniture Showroom. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, processing sales orders, and driving revenue growth by delivering exceptional customer service and providing expert advice on our wide range of architecture hardware and furniture products. Key Responsibilities: Customer Sales & Support: Greet customers, understand their needs, and provide detailed information about products. Suggest appropriate hardware and furniture products based on customer requirements, preferences, and specifications. Assist with product selection, upselling, and cross-selling to meet or exceed sales targets. Prepare and provide quotes, manage customer accounts, and track ongoing orders. Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in architecture hardware, furniture design, and product innovations. Provide guidance on product specifications, features, and installation processes. Sales Order Management: Process incoming orders, handle inquiries, and ensure timely follow-up on all transactions. Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure product availability and delivery. Manage order discrepancies and customer complaints, working to resolve any issues quickly and professionally. Customer Relationship Management: Develop long-term relationships with customers by providing excellent service and consistent communication. Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business. Sales Reporting: Maintain and update customer records in the sales database. Prepare regular sales reports to track performance and highlight opportunities for growth. Showroom Maintenance: Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and displays products in an appealing manner. Assist with inventory management and ensure that stock levels are maintained. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team, marketing team, and management to improve sales processes and achieve company objectives. Attend team meetings and contribute ideas to enhance sales strategies. Experience: 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in the architecture, furniture, or construction industry. Experience working in a showroom environment or with similar products is highly preferred. Skills: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Basic understanding of architecture hardware and furniture design. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Education: High school diploma or equivalent. A degree in business, architecture, or interior design is a plus.
