Job Role: Inside Sales Job Type: Permanent Location: Noida Shift Timing: Night Shift: 9:00 PM 5:30 AM IST Technical Skill Requirements Basic understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) Excellent knowledge in Software Technologies Roles and Responsibilities: Provide support for lead/opportunity generation. Conduct calls, send emails, and connect via social media to generate leads. Schedule "first meetings" for sales/pre-sales. Conduct customer surveys. Identify participants for events. Bring awareness of the product or offering on behalf of sales/marketing teams. Required Skills: Sales Skills: Understanding of prospect (people we are calling into) roles Basic understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Understanding of the US Market, various industries, seniority levels within a customer Basic understanding of sales process Experience working in Software Services Industry with good understanding of the technologies Soft Skills: Good communication skills (both verbal and written) Team player Relationship building Time management Should be able to multi-task effectively Ability to perform under high pressure Experience working night shift Should have a stable job history Eagerness to learn Positive attitude
