Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant with over 3-5 years of experience in managing end-to-end accounting operations, statutory compliance, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, a good understanding of accounting standards, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Required Skills and Competencies:

Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards (Ind AS) and Taxation (GST, TDS, Income Tax).
Proficiency in Tally ERP / SAP / Excel / MS Office.
Good understanding of reconciliations and financial reporting.
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and analysis.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Educational Qualification:

B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or Inter CA preferred.
Certification in Tally / SAP / Accounting Software is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update
day-to-day accounting records
in Tally / SAP / QuickBooks / ERP systems.
Handle
Accounts Payable (AP)
and
Accounts Receivable (AR)
— vendor payments, invoice processing, customer billing, and follow-ups.
Perform
bank reconciliation
,
vendor reconciliation
, and
intercompany reconciliation
.
Prepare and review
journal entries
,
ledger scrutiny
, and
trial balance
.
Assist in
finalization of accounts
and preparation of
Profit & Loss statements and Balance Sheet
.
Ensure timely and accurate filing of
GST, TDS, and other statutory returns
.
Coordinate with auditors for
statutory, internal, and tax audits
.
Support in
monthly and quarterly MIS reporting
for management review.
Maintain
fixed asset registers
, depreciation schedules, and ensure proper documentation.
Contribute to
budgeting, variance analysis, and cost control initiatives
.
