We are looking for a skilled Accounts Specialist with strong experience in US & Canadian accounting. The ideal candidate should be proficient in accounting tools like QuickBooks and Zoho Books, possess excellent communication skills, and be comfortable working in the night shift.Key Responsibilities

Manage daily accounting operations for US & Canadian clients

Handle bookkeeping, reconciliations, and financial entries

Prepare financial statements and reports as required

Maintain accurate records of accounts payable/receivable

Work on accounting software such as QuickBooks, Zoho Books, Xero, etc.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards and client-specific requirements

Communicate with clients via email or calls for clarifications and updates

Support month-end and year-end closing activities

Identify discrepancies and resolve accounting issues promptly

Required Skills & Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in US & Canadian accounting (mandatory)

QuickBooks, Zoho Books, and similar tools

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Good understanding of accounting principles, reconciliations, and reporting

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Comfortable working night shift

Graduation in Commerce/Accounting/Finance or related field preferred
