Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Specialist, based in Indore. The Account Specialist will be responsible for managing customer accounts, providing exceptional service, and addressing client inquiries. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing customer needs, handling financial transactions, ensuring account accuracy, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance the overall client experience.

• Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients
• Proficiency in Account Management and basic knowledge of Finance principles
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
