Accounts Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting operations for US & Canadian clients
• Handle bookkeeping, reconciliations, and financial entries
• Prepare financial statements and reports as required
• Maintain accurate records of accounts payable/receivable
• Work on accounting software such as QuickBooks, Zoho Books, Xero, etc.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and client-specific requirements
• Communicate with clients via email or calls for clarifications and updates
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities
• Identify discrepancies and resolve accounting issues promptly

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience

  in US & Canadian accounting (mandatory)
• Strong working knowledge of

  QuickBooks, Zoho Books

  , and similar tools
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good understanding of accounting principles, reconciliations, and reporting
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Comfortable working

  night shift

• Graduation in Commerce/Accounting/Finance or related field preferred
