Account Specialist

As an Accounts Specialist for the night shift at Novage, your role will involve managing daily accounting operations for US & Canadian clients. Your key responsibilities will include: - Handling bookkeeping, reconciliations, and financial entries - Preparing financial statements and reports - Using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Zoho Books, Xero, etc. - Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and client-specific requirements - Communicating with clients via email or calls for clarifications and updates - Supporting month-end and year-end closing activities - Identifying discrepancies and resolving accounting issues promptly To excel in this position, you should have: - 13 years of experience in US & Canadian accounting (mandatory) - Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks, Zoho Books, and similar tools - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Good understanding of accounting principles, reconciliations, and reporting - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Comfortable working the night shift - Graduation in Commerce/Accounting/Finance or related field preferred If you are interested in this opportunity, please send your resume to hr@novage.ms.,
