Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager located in Ranchi. The Account Manager will manage client accounts, and ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain long-term relationships with key clients. Day-to-day tasks include account management, meeting and liaising with clients, developing account strategies, overseeing project execution, and ensuring timely delivery of services. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to address client needs and resolving any issues that may arise.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in account management and client relationship management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in developing and implementing account strategies
• Organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple client accounts
• Problem-solving skills to address client issues effectively
• Knowledge of the education sector is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
