Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Planning & Forecasting (Primary Focus)

Take full ownership of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasting.
Build detailed sales plans based on historical performance, market trends, seasonality, and product potential for one of the protentional e-retail vendor for company level.
Develop strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets across all assigned marketplaces.
Identify opportunities for growth and take proactive actions to drive revenue.

2. Marketplace Growth Strategy

Create and execute marketplace-specific strategies to improve visibility, search ranking, and conversions.
Analyze competitive landscape and pricing to maintain a strong market position.
Build product-level growth strategies to maximize performance and profitability.

3. Promotions & Brand-Building Campaigns

Independently plan, create, and execute all promotional and brand-building campaigns.
Design campaign calendars, promotional budgets, and sales event strategies.
Run Deals, Coupons, Events, A+ conversions, and visibility-driven campaigns end-to-end.
Track promotion performance and optimize future campaigns using data insights.

4. 100% Listing Completeness & Catalog Quality

Ensure 100% catalog completeness across all marketplaces — no missing attributes, images, content, or keywords.
Continuously audit and improve listing quality with SEO-driven titles, bullet points, descriptions, A+ content, and backend keywords.
Resolve listing errors, suppressed listings, and attribute issues quickly.

5. FBA & Inventory Forecasting

Forecast inventory and FBA requirements in line with sales plans and promotional schedules.
Maintain healthy stock levels by ensuring timely replenishment and avoiding stockouts.
Coordinate with operations and warehousing teams to keep supply chain smooth.

6. Account Health & Seller Performance

Address compliance concerns, stranded inventory, and marketplace policy issues proactively.
Ensure smooth operations and avoid account-level risks.

7. Reporting & Accuracy

Create highly accurate and timely reports for sales, promotions, inventory health, and marketplace KPIs.
Use data-driven insights to recommend strategic actions.
Present performance analysis to leadership when required.

8. Collaboration & Efficiency Improvement

Coordinate with internal teams.
Identify opportunities to automate reporting, listing audits, and routine tasks.
Improve operational efficiency through structured processes and tools.
