CoStaff Global is expanding in Bangalore! We are looking for a passionate Account Manager who can manage client relationships, drive fulfilment, and lead end-to-end coordination with Delivery and Talent Acquisition teams.
Key Responsibilities
Manage client relationships (GCCs, IT clients)
Breakdown JDs and allocate to recruiters
Ensure daily quality submissions & fulfilment targets
Own client feedback, interviews, closures, and onboarding
Maintain trackers, MIS reports & transparent communication
Conduct morning allocation & evening review calls
Guide and support TA teams to achieve performance goals
Requirements
3-7 years experience in IT Staffing/Account Management
Strong communication & client handling skills
Good understanding of IT skills (SAP, Cloud, Data, Java, DevOps etc.)
Ability to manage teams & client expectations
Strong ownership, attitude & process discipline
