Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat Experience: 2 - 5 Years Salary Range: ₹4,80,000 - ₹6,00,000 per annum (₹40,000 - ₹50,000 per month) Role Summary The HR Executive will be responsible for executing key Human Resources functions, focusing on talent acquisition, employee retention, performance support, and maintaining positive employee relations. This role requires a proactive individual capable of handling both routine administrative tasks and core HR responsibilities to ensure smooth organizational operations. Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for junior to mid-level positions. Source candidates using various job portals, social media, and internal databases. Conduct initial screening, schedule interviews, and manage candidate communication. Employee Engagement & Culture Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities (e.g., team-building, festive celebrations, employee recognition programs). Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and maintain a positive work environment. Performance Management (Support) Assist in the rollout and tracking of the Performance Management System (PMS) cycle. Ensure timely submission of performance reviews and documentation from managers and employees. Compensation, Benefits, and Salary Management Prepare monthly salary inputs and coordinate with the finance department/payroll vendor. Assist in managing employee leaves, attendance data, and ensuring accurate calculation for payroll processing ( Time Management ). Maintain accurate employee records in the Human Resource Management (HRM) system. Employee Relations (ER) & Compliance Handle basic employee grievance resolution under the supervision of senior management. Ensure compliance with organizational policies and assist in drafting/updating HR policies. Administration & Operations Manage basic HR and office administrative tasks as needed. Assist in preparing the draft operations budget for HR activities and tracking expenses. Qualifications and Skills Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: 2-5 years of proven experience in an HR role, preferably in a fast-paced environment. Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with an HRIS/HRM system is a plus. Soft Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and Gujarati is preferred). Strong organizational and time management abilities. (₹30,000 - ₹50,000 per month) Employment Type: Full-time About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated, data-driven, and experienced Senior SEO Executive to spearhead our Search Engine Optimization efforts in the Ahmedabad office. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing successful, data-backed SEO strategies that significantly increase organic search visibility, traffic, and conversions. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of SEO, from in-depth analysis to technical implementation. Key Responsibilities 1. Keyword Research and Analysis Conduct in-depth keyword research to discover high-value, high-intent keywords and target phrases, aligning with the company's business goals and content strategy. Perform search intent analysis for target keywords to guide content and page structure. Map keywords to existing and new pages to ensure comprehensive coverage and optimal ranking potential. 2. Conduct backlink profile analysis and regular audits to identify and disavow spammy or toxic links. Support digital PR and content outreach campaigns to drive link acquisition. 5. SEO Analysis and Reporting Monitor and track key SEO performance indicators ( KPIs ) using tools like Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console, Ahrefs, and SEMrush . Prepare detailed weekly and monthly reports on organic traffic, keyword rankings, conversion rate from organic channels, and overall ROI of SEO efforts. Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations for stakeholders. 6. Competitor Analysis Perform deep-dive analysis of competitors' SEO strategies, including keyword targeting, content gaps, link profiles, and technical setup. Identify opportunities to surpass competitors and dominate search engine results pages (SERPs). 7. Content Optimization Provide detailed SEO briefs and guidelines to content writers for new article and landing page creation. Review and optimize existing low-performing content to boost its rankings and traffic. Advise on overall content strategy, including topic cluster and pillar content development. 8. SEO Updates and Trends Stay up-to-date with the latest Google algorithm updates, search engine trends, and industry best practices . Proactively recommend and implement strategic adjustments to maintain and improve search performance. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for Success Organic Traffic Growth: Year-over-Year and Month-over-Month increase in organic sessions. Keyword Rankings: Improvement in average keyword ranking position, particularly for high-value terms. Organic Conversions/Leads: Increase in goal completions or revenue attributed to organic search. Domain Authority/Rating: Continuous improvement in website authority score. Technical SEO Score: Maintaining a low percentage of critical crawl errors, high Core Web Vitals scores, and optimal index coverage. ✅ Qualifications and Skills Experience: 2-5 years of hands-on experience in a dedicated SEO role, preferably for a mid-to-large-scale website.
