Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager located in Ranchi. The Account Manager will manage client accounts, and ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain long-term relationships with key clients. Day-to-day tasks include account management, meeting and liaising with clients, developing account strategies, overseeing project execution, and ensuring timely delivery of services. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to address client needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
