Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Manage
end-to-end delivery
for assigned U.S. staffing clients.
Understand client requirements and assign tasks to the delivery/recruitment team.
Maintain strong client relationships and act as the
primary point of contact
.
Ensure
timely submission of quality profiles
to meet client expectations.
Track open positions and drive closure within agreed timelines.
Monitor recruiter performance and provide guidance for improvement.
Coordinate with the sales team to identify new opportunities within existing accounts.
Handle
contractual staffing (C2C, W2)
and full-time hiring requirements.
Maintain compliance with client processes and documentation.

Required Skills & Experience:

810 years of experience in
US staffing
, with at least 4 years in an Account Manager/Delivery Manager role.
Strong understanding of
IT and non-IT recruitment
for the U.S. market.
Knowledge of
US work visas
(H1B, GC, CPT, OPT, etc.) and tax terms (C2C, W2, 1099).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in
night shift
to align with U.S. time zones.
Proficiency in using ATS, job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, etc.), and LinkedIn Recruiter.

Preferred Qualifications:

Proven track record in
client retention
and
account growth
& strong delivery engine.
Experience managing a team of recruiters.
