Job Description

we're looking for Staff with experience in risk practice to join our Process and Controls Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a leading firm whilst being instrumental in the growth of our service offering.
Working in our Risk practice, you will have the opportunity to work with clients to provide practical risk management, governance, internal audit, internal controls, and process improvement solutions, gaining valuable experience in a variety of clients.
You will work within different sized, multi-disciplinary teams and play a key role in ensuring high quality outputs and service to our clients. The role involves developing knowledge and implementing new solutions in order to meet the ever-changing needs of our clients.

Your key responsibilities

  • Responsible for executing client engagements and meeting the expectations of the client and the onsite team within the MENA region
  • Understand the client s business related industry issues / trends
  • Develop strong working relationships with the client and onshore client teams
  • Participate in process discussions and walkthrough meetings with the Seniors and prepare process flows / narratives
  • Demonstrate application and solution-based approach to problem solving while executing client engagements and documenting working papers
  • Provide regular status update to the Seniors on the progress of the engagement.
  • Document workpapers and deliverables as per the defined standards and quality benchmark
  • Meet quality guidelines within the established turnaround time for assigned engagements
  • Display teamwork and integrity
  • Utilize technology tools to continually learn and innovate, share knowledge with team members and enhance service delivery

Skills and attributes for success

  • Strong academic history (degree in Business, Accounting, or similar work experience in similar industry, Big 4 preferred)
  • Exceptional command over spoken and written English
  • Globally mobile and flexible to travel to onsite locations at a short notice
  • Highly analytical, organised, and meticulous consulting skills
  • Ability to multi-task, work we'll under pressure with commitment to deliver under tight deadline
  • Attention to detail and quality assurance
  • Proficient in MS-Office Suite
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize deliverables effectively in order to achieve optimum results.

To qualify for the role, you must have

  • A minimum of 1-3 years of experience working with Risk Consulting firms or professional industry experience in risks controls
  • CA, bachelors in Commerce, MBA (masters in business administration), ACCA, CIA (IIA)
  • A valid passport for travel.
