What you’ll do

70% Talent Acquisition

• Own 10–20 open reqs across functions; drive full funnel: intake sourcing screening interviews offers pre-joining engagement.
• Run structured intakes with hiring managers; calibrate must-haves, interview plan, and SLA.
• Source proactively (Naukri/LinkedIn/Referrals/communities); build diverse pipelines.
• Maintain clean ATS hygiene (Zoho/Greenhouse/Lever): stages, notes, tags, dashboards.
• Orchestrate interview logistics; reduce no-shows; pre-close to minimize offer drop-offs.
• Manage compensation conversations within band; draft offers; coordinate BGV & joining.
• Weekly reporting: time-to-fill, funnel conversions, offer-to-join, source ROI.

30% HR Ops & Engagement

• New-hire onboarding: day-0 readiness, docs, HRIS setup (Zoho People/Payroll), buddy program.
• HRIS upkeep: org changes, letters, leaves/attendance audits; partner with Payroll on cutoffs.
• Employee queries (L1): leaves, letters, policy FAQs with speedy, empathetic responses.
• Engagement: monthly touchpoints, pulse surveys, townhall logistics, R&R nominations.
• Compliance support: policy communication, audit-ready documentation.
• People analytics: simple dashboards (headcount, attrition, hiring velocity, engagement pulse).

What you’ll bring

• 2–5 years in recruitment/HR; strong full-cycle TA experience (ops/RCM/health-tech/SaaS a plus).
• Working knowledge of

  Zoho People/Zoho Recruit

  (or similar ATS/HRIS), Google Workspace, Excel/Sheets (lookups, COUNTIFS, simple dashboards).
• Confident, structured communication—email, Slack, and live stakeholder updates.
• Process mindset with empathy: you can balance speed, fairness, and compliance.

Nice to have

• Experience hiring at scale (10 joins/month) and across shifts/locations.
• Basic analytics chops (funnel math, cohorting, KPI storytelling).
• Event/engagement facilitation (R&R, townhalls, festive calendars)
