Your Role at Innocean
As a
Senior Programmatic Lead
, your role will be central to driving strategic programmatic media solutions. You’ll design robust campaign frameworks, lead optimizations and insights using DV360, manage end-to-end performance, mentor mid-level team members, and ensure programmatic excellence across the agency.
Core Responsibilities
- Strategic Programmatic Leadership: Lead programmatic media strategy across channels—display, video, CTV/OTT, audio—with a strong command over DV360.
- Campaign Oversight & Optimization: Direct setup, activation, and real-time optimization of programmatic campaigns using advanced targeting, bidding logic, and DV360 capabilities.
- Performance Measurement & Reporting: Analyze key performance metrics (e.g., CTR, CPM, CPA, ROAS) and deliver insights through clear, strategic reporting to internal teams and clients.
- Audience & Data Strategy: Implement data-driven approaches using first-, second-, and third-party data; execute A/B tests and sophisticated segmentation.
- Emerging Trends & Innovation: Stay ahead of programmatic trends and platform developments; introduce enhancements in automation, privacy-compliant targeting, and creative optimizations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner effectively with Strategy, Creative, Account, and Insights teams to deliver cohesive, insight-driven campaigns.
- Mentorship & Leadership: Guide and mentor mid-level programmatic professionals, fostering skill development and strategic thinking.
Education
Who We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Experience
- 7–12 years in programmatic media strategy, campaign management, and optimization within an agency, trading desk, or tech environment.
Key Competencies
- Deep expertise with DV360 and similar DSP platforms.
- Strong analytical and performance-centric mindset.
- Ability to translate data into strategic recommendations.
- Collaborative spirit and client-focused communication skills.
- Leadership qualities with experience mentoring or guiding teams.
