Job Description: Accounts Manager

Position: Accounts Manager
Department: Accounts & Finance
Location: Pune
Experience: 5–8 years

Roles & Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-day accounting operations using Zoho Books
Handle accounts payable & receivable, vendor payments, and customer follow-ups
Perform bank reconciliation, ledger scrutiny, and journal entries
Manage GST compliance – filing returns, reconciliation, and handling notices
Oversee TDS, PF, ESIC, and statutory compliances in coordination with HR
Prepare monthly MIS reports, dashboards, and financial summaries
Support month-end and year-end closing of accounts
Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and management
Monitor cash flow, petty cash, and expense control
Ensure accuracy, compliance, and adherence to company policies

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of accounting principles
Hands-on experience in Zoho Books
Good working knowledge of GST, TDS, PF, and ESIC
Proficient in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, formulas)
Ability to prepare MIS and management reports
Good communication and coordination skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
