Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation of transactions. 
• Assist in processing accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR). 
• Manage complete books of accounts for schools and educational institutions.
• Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
• Monitor cash flow and bank reconciliations
  

2. Financial Reporting & Analysis

• Assist in preparing financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss reports. 
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes. 
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Generate financial reports for management review.
  

3. Compliance & Auditing

• Ensure compliance with accounting regulations, tax laws, and company policies. 
• Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.
  

4. Budgeting & Expense Monitoring

• Support budget preparation and expense tracking. 
• Identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
  

5. Payroll & Taxation Support

• Assist in payroll processing and tax calculations. 
• Support in filing GST, TDS, and other statutory obligations as required.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, Zoho Books, or ERP systems). 
• Knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic taxation laws. 

Experience: 2–4 years (schools / educational institutions preferred)

Soft Skills:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy. 
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills. 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced IT service environment. 
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification in accounting (CA Inter, CPA, or CMA) is a plus.
