Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relation Manager (CRM) located in Gurugram. The CRM will be responsible for managing customer relationships, addressing customer inquiries and concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include maintaining customer databases, developing and implementing customer service policies, and coordinating with the sales and service teams to improve overall customer experience. Additionally, the CRM will analyze customer feedback to drive service improvements. Qualifications Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills Experience in managing customer databases and CRM software Ability to address customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively Experience in developing and implementing customer service policies Proficiency in analyzing customer feedback and making data-driven decisions Relevant skills and qualifications in customer relationship management, sales coordination, and service improvement are beneficial Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
