Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day accounting operations (AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliations, payroll, etc.)
Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, Income Tax, etc.)
Handle audits (internal, statutory, and tax audits) and liaise with auditors
Monitor and manage cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting
Maintain accurate books of accounts in ERP / Tally / SAP
Support management with financial analysis, MIS reports, and variance analysis
Ensure timely vendor and client reconciliations
Supervise and guide junior accountants in daily accounting activities

Skills Required:

Proficiency in Tally ERP / SAP / Excel
Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and corporate taxation
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication & leadership abilities
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
