Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to own and grow relationships with our Mid- Market clients. This role is focused on maximizing revenue through strategic account management, upsell and cross-sell initiatives, and long-term client retention. You will act as a trusted advisor to executives and decision-makers, ensuring our solutions continuously deliver measurable business value.



Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary relationship owner for mid market businesses, addressing client needs, escalations, and business priorities.
  • Actively prospect and generate a viable pipeline of opportunities through multiple channels. .
  • Build and nurture C-level and senior stakeholder relationships, positioning our solutions as essential to their business success.
  • Partner with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to deliver seamless onboarding, adoption, and value realization.
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and performance check-ins with clients to measure ROI, strengthen partnerships, and uncover new opportunities.
  • Lead the implementation of new clients, including system setup, training, and ongoing engagement.
  • Monitor account health metrics and proactively address risks to ensure high retention and client satisfaction.
  • Provide feedback to internal teams on product enhancements and market needs to support continuous improvement.

    Who We\u2019re Looking For
    • 3-6 years of experience in B2B sales with a strong focus on new client acquisition (pure hunting role).
    • Comfortable with flexible work timings and traveling.
    • Experience in selling HRTech or Complex SaaS solutions.
    • Excellent negotiation, communication, time management, and organizational skills.
    • Industry is agnostic- but preference will be given to people having exposure to working in cloud technology, IT/ITeS, etc.
    • Proven ability to understand client pain points and propose solutions.
    • Proven ability to work and effectively communicate with C-level executives and line of business representatives.
    • Track record of driving results under minimal supervision. Experience building a vertical/new business is a plus.
