Job Description

Csharptek, a global Microsoft Solutions Partner, is expanding its Go-To-Market (GTM) engine and is seeking a client-focused Account Manager – IT Services to manage, grow, and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers.

This role sits at the intersection of sales, marketing, and delivery, ensuring customers receive maximum value from our services while enabling account growth through strategic engagement, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities. You will work closely with Marketing & Sales Enablement teams to support lead nurturing, pipeline acceleration, and sales effectiveness.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow assigned client accounts across IT services and digital transformation offerings
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring strong relationships and high satisfaction
  • Understand client business objectives and align Csharptek’s solutions accordingly
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling across Cloud, AI/LLM, Data & Analytics, Custom Software, and Mobile Applications
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing & Sales Enablement, and Delivery teams to drive pipeline growth and deal closures
  • Support GTM initiatives, account-based marketing efforts, and lead conversion activities
  • Coordinate project handovers, renewals, and contract management
  • Track account performance, revenue, and customer success metrics
  • Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution of client issues

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience as an Account Manager, Client Partner, or Relationship Manager in an IT services company
  • Strong understanding of IT services, including Cloud Transformation, AI/LLM implementations, Data & Analytics, Custom Software Development, and Mobile Applications
  • Experience working with global or enterprise clients
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or a related field
  • Comfortable working in a on-site or remote environment

Additional Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working with Microsoft ecosystem, Azure, or Microsoft Solutions Partner organizations
  • Exposure to Marketing & Sales Enablement or demand generation initiatives
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.)
  • Experience with renewals, contracts, and account expansion strategies
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
