Job Description

As an Account Manager, your role involves identifying and engaging with potential Accounts & Mid to Large SMB Corporate Customers. You will be responsible for mapping the accounts, validating the business potential, and focusing on account breakthroughs to generate new business. Client visits may be required as per the client's needs. Your key responsibilities will include: - Engaging with various coordinates to explore cross-selling and upselling opportunities - Meeting annual/quarterly/monthly targets - Maintaining a healthy funnel in terms of both quality and quantity To succeed in this role, you must ensure a sufficient funnel by performing daily tasks to meet revenue/unit targets month on month. Following proper processes for order execution, meeting customer expectations on deliveries, and ensuring consistent CRM updates are crucial aspects of your job. Timely reporting of relevant sales data and delivering results as per the company's objectives without compromising on policies are also essential. Additionally, you will be required to create a sales plan based on existing accounts, potential in different verticals, and territory. It is important to reach out to customers to understand their organization, existing setup on office imaging infrastructure, document management solutions, and their current or upcoming needs. You will propose solutions for their office imaging needs, including both hardware and software solutions, and provide demonstrations or proof of concept. Updating sales activities on CRM and analyzing customer data will be part of your routine tasks. Desired Skills: - Background/experience in Printer, IT Hardware, Telecom, or ICT is preferred - Minimum 3-6 years of experience in Corporate Sales, B2B Sales, and Account Management - Graduate in any stream/MBA Your skills in order execution, cross-selling, CRM, sales, telecom, ICT, B2B, IT hardware, corporate sales, account management, business development, sales planning, hardware solutions, customer engagement, printer solutions, sales data analysis, and upselling will be instrumental in achieving success as an Account Manager.,
