Key Responsibilities Provide on-site technical support for desktop systems, ensuring timely resolution of issues. Perform installations, configurations, and upgrades of desktop hardware and software. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems, including networking issues. Assist users with desktop-related inquiries and provide training as needed. Maintain and manage inventory of desktop hardware and software assets. Collaborate with IT teams to implement hardware solutions and improve system performance. Document support activities and maintain accurate records of issues and resolutions. Stay updated with the latest technology trends and best practices in desktop support. Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications: Minimum of 1 year of experience in desktop support or a related field. Strong knowledge of Windows system administration and desktop troubleshooting. Experience with hardware solutions and computer networking . Proficient in diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with users. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Additional Information This is a full-time position with a competitive annual salary of 2,00,000 . The work schedule is during the day, and the position is based on-site in the following locations: Bhiwandi, Pune, Navi Mumbai, and Mumbai City .
