Account Manager

As the Accounts Department Manager at our company, you will be responsible for managing the staff within the accounts department. Your role will involve overseeing the processing and organizing of bills, records, and invoices to ensure quality maintenance at every step. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the accounts department staff effectively - Oversee the processing and organizing of bills, records, and invoices - Ensure quality maintenance at every step of the process - Display problem-solving capabilities in leadership roles - Utilize basic computer skills (MS Office) and work with accounting software - Interact effectively with employees, superiors, and customers - Demonstrate strong analytical and time management skills - Deliver presentations effectively - Maintain a well-planned and organized approach with keen attention to detail Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or related field preferred - Minimum 8 years of accounting experience; CPA certificate is a plus - Experience in leadership roles - Basic computer skills (MS Office) and familiarity with accounting software - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Excellent analytical and time management skills - Good presentation skills - Well planned, organized with keen attention to detail Kindly note that the job location for this position is in Agra, Uttar Pradesh, with a salary budget ranging from 2,20,000 to 3,60,000 per annum.
