HR Analyst

You will be responsible for collecting, cleaning, and analyzing HR data to identify trends, patterns, and insights. You will generate accurate and timely reports on key HR metrics, such as turnover rates, employee satisfaction, and performance metrics. Utilizing data visualization tools to create clear and impactful reports will be a part of your responsibilities. Providing data-driven insights to inform strategic HR decisions for clients will be crucial. Conducting benchmarking analyses to compare client data to industry standards is also a key responsibility. You will be expected to identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and improve efficiency. Collaborating with HR teams to implement process improvements and automation solutions is essential, along with developing and maintaining HR dashboards and reporting tools. You will provide analytical support to HR projects, such as talent assessments, compensation reviews, organizational design, attrition analysis, performance reviews, audits, etc. Additionally, conducting special projects as assigned will be required. To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, along with 1-2 years of experience in HR analytics or a related field. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel and Power BI with DAX Query are mandatory. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, strong attention to detail and accuracy, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team are essential.
