Job Description

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for various HR functions to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data related to recruitment, Comp & ben, L&D, retention, performance management, and employee engagement.
  • Conduct regular audits of HR data to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal and external reporting requirements.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports and dashboards to HR leadership and management, providing insights that inform decision-making
  • Analyze employee feedback from surveys and other sources to identify trends and areas for improvement in engagement and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with HR teams to develop action plans based on analysis to enhance employee retention and engagement.
  • Assist in the implementation and evaluation of HR programs and initiatives, such as training, performance management, and employee development.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations for improvements in HR processes and policies.
